WHAT WE DO DIFFERENTLY

Your Direct Line Contact

We're fast. We pick up the phone. You speak to us directly.

01 — Access

A real person, any hour

You get a direct line to your coordinator — nights, weekends, holidays. Not a ticket, not a queue, not an answering service that takes a message and passes it along Monday morning.

02 — Local

In-house staff who know the ground

Every person answering works in Tyler, Longview or Fort Worth. They know which plants pay what, which commutes people actually make, and who'll still be showing up in week six. Nothing is outsourced.

03 — Bench

Somebody's already vetted and waiting

We keep a standing bench of screened, background-checked people. When one doesn't work out, we send the next — a replacement, not a restart.

Us vs. Them

Comparison Table
Most Staffing Agencies Stone Bridge Personnel
You Call At 5AM Voicemail. Somebody returns it when the office opens. Your coordinator answers. Nights, weekends and holidays included.
Who Picks Up A call center, frequently out of state. In-house staff sitting in Tyler, Longview or Fort Worth. No outsourcing.
Who You Deal With Whoever's next in the queue. You re-explain your operation each time. One named full-time contact who already knows your site and your shifts.
Local Knowledge A map and a job board. Recruiters who live here and know which commutes people actually make.
Someone No-Shows They start recruiting for the role. The next vetted candidate comes off the bench.
Your Rate Set by a corporate pricing sheet. Locally owned, so we negotiate it with you directly.

Why calling early matters

The Workers In Our Pipeline Today Will Be On Someone's Payroll By Friday.

Reliable, drug-tested, background-checked people don't sit in Tyler, Longview or Ft. Worth for long. They get placed with whoever calls first.

THE FIRST 4-HOURS ON YOUR 1ST PLACEMENT ARE FREE

How is this different?

What Employers Ask Us First.

  • Do you really answer the phone at night and on weekends?

Yes, and it's the main reason clients stay with us. You get a direct number to your coordinator rather than a main line. Second shift walks off at 11pm, somebody quits Sunday afternoon, a crew doesn't show Monday at 4:45am — you reach a person who can act, not an answering service that leaves a message for the morning.

  • What's the catch on the free first day?

No catch. Your first 4-hours with us as a new client are free. It's there as a buffer so you can judge our performance. We can offer it because everyone we place is screened, drug-tested and background-checked, so we're not gambling either.

  • How fast can you actually get someone on site?

Typically within 48 hours, and often faster for warehouse and clerical roles. Because candidates are screened before you call, filling your role is a matching problem rather than a recruiting problem.

  • What does it cost us?

One hourly bill rate per worker, quoted by role. That rate covers wages, payroll taxes, workers' compensation and drug screening — none of which touches your books. Nothing is ever charged to the employee. And because we're locally owned rather than reporting to a corporate office, the person you're talking to can negotiate that rate with you directly.

  • Do we have to keep them as a temp?

No — and we'd rather you didn't. Most of the roles we fill are temp-to-hire by design, and 85% of the people we place roll over onto our clients' payrolls permanently. That number is the best measure of who we send you: nearly nine out of ten get kept. A placement that lasts three years is worth more to everyone than one that lasts three weeks.

  • Are we locked into a contract?

No minimum commitment and no long-term contract. Use us for one seasonal spike, one hard-to-fill role, or your whole second shift.

  • Which areas do you serve?

Tyler, Longview and the surrounding East Texas communities from our two local offices, plus Fort Worth and the wider DFW Metroplex. All three are staffed by in-house employees who live in those markets.

  • We only need one or two people. Is that too small?

No. We fill single roles and full crews. A two-person shortage on a five-person line is the same problem as a twenty-person shortage on a hundred-person floor.
